Entain appoints Helen Ashton as Non-Executive Director

Entain PLC has appointed Helen Ashton as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Ashton will take on her new position at Entain, while concurrently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at JD Sports Fashion plc. In addition, she will become a member of the Audit Committee, lending her vast experience and proficiency to the board of directors at Entain PLC.

She has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of ASOS plc and held executive roles at renowned organisations such as ASDA, Barclays, and Lloyds Banking Group, equipping her with a deep understanding of global business and financial services, particularly within the dynamic landscapes of high-growth digital and retail sectors.?
